Focused, individual time for you and field hockey – that’s the purpose of private sessions. Whether you need help with specific skills/techniques (e.g., crackin’ hard reverse stick shot, a consistent front/reverse sweep, deceptive passing, controlled first touches, eliminating defenders in challenges, etc.) or wonder about situational tactics in game play or have questions about recruiting and/or playing in college, these coaches can help. These sessions are structured to cover your specific needs.
Private sessions are offered one-on-one or in small group sessions (up to 4 players). Cost ranges from $50 - $225 per hour for one-on-one sessions or two-on-one sessions; groups will be quoted separately. Minimum 2 sessions is required for learning and feedback to get the most out of your private sessions experience. 10% discount if book and pay for 4 sessions upfront.
